That’s a great question—and the answer is yes.

One of the newest features in our client and agent portal automatically generates an editable Due Diligence Repair Request directly from the inspection report.

Instead of spending valuable time copying comments into a Word document, you can generate a professional repair request in just a few clicks.

Where Do I Find It?

Once the inspection report has been uploaded by your Advantage inspector:

  • Go to the File Repository.  (link in the report delivery email)
  • Click the paper/document icon next to the inspection report.

The system will automatically generate an editable Microsoft Word document.

What Is Included?

The repair request is populated directly from the report and includes the inspection findings, making it easy to prepare a clear, organized request for the seller.

Because the document is fully editable, you’re always in control.

Edit It Your Way

Every transaction is different.

Once the document opens in Microsoft Word, you can:

  • Remove items that your buyer doesn’t want to request.
  • Add additional comments or requests.
  • Reword repairs for clarity.
